We are pleased to officially announce that we have successfully acquired Quality Home Improvement, Inc., one of California’s leading and oldest home improvement companies based in Southern California. This strategic acquisition allows us to leverage their extensive expertise in home repairs and renovations, enhancing the quality and value of the homes we purchase and renovate each month.

Having the opportunity to utilize their B General license for obtaining the necessary permits to enhance or repair our house flips will provide us with a significant and strategic advantage. This capability will streamline the process, allowing us to complete renovations more efficiently and ensure compliance with all regulations, ultimately improving the quality and value of our investment properties.
